TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY
The group is inspired by the philosophy of team work and sets goals. Roles are shared and the successful result is shared accordingly. Sailing Race is based on this necessity of that union of forces, the division of work and ultimately the participation of all in the outcome.
Strap on your lifejacket for this exciting teambuilding event!
Teams depart from the marina and head toward the starting location. Along the way, their very own Captain instructs team members in the basics of sailing. After all the regatta boats reach a predetermined point, the race back to the marina begins!
Based on group size, teams may race with big (50”) or small (36”) captained sailboats. A typical race will last 4 hours. The race will end with a Traditional Regatta Party…
